Postage & Shipping Policy




Processing & Dispatch



  • Orders are dispatched within 5 business days once payment is received.
  • During high-volume periods (such as new releases), dispatch may take 7–10 business days.
  • If you need your order urgently, please select Express Postage at checkout. Express orders are shipped same day or next business day.




Delivery Timeframes (Australia Post)



  • Standard Postage: 4–10 business days
  • Express Postage: 3–5 business days
    (Orders often arrive quicker depending on your location.)




Responsibility



  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or for items lost in the mail.
  • Please ensure your mailing information is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.
  • If an item does not return to us due to incorrect details, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.






Pre-Orders



Some items are available for pre-order and will be clearly marked in the product title.


  • When purchasing both in-stock and pre-order items in one transaction, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.
  • Pre-order clothing may take 2–5 weeks to arrive. Please consider possible growth when choosing sizes—we recommend ordering a size up if unsure.
  • If a pre-order is delayed beyond 5 weeks, we can either:
    • Refund your payment, or
    • Assist in tracking down your parcel.
