Returns & Exchanges Policy



We want you to love your purchase from Oak Ridge. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns and exchanges work:



Return Period



You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

(Please note: International buyers are not eligible for exchanges.)



Eligibility



To be eligible, items must be:


  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and with tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that:


  • Have already been worn or used
  • Were purchased on sale (sale items may be exchanged for a different size of the same product if available)




How to Start a Return/Exchange



Simply head to the Returns & Exchanges tab on our website and follow the prompts.

⚠️ Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.



Shipping for Returns



  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items



If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



Damaged or Incorrect Items



Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.



Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.


  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund
